Return & Refund Policy

At AtomBiker, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your motorcycle gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from odors, pet hair, stains, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been altered, customized, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@atombiker.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Please do not send returns without a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Change of mind / sizing issues: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. AtomBiker is not responsible for items lost in return transit

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we'll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help! Contact us at support@atombiker.com and we'll arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank — there may be a processing delay
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@atombiker.com
