Find Your Fit

Sizing Guide

Gear that doesn't fit right won't protect you. Use these charts to find your size in every category. Between sizes? Size up.

Measure around the fullest part of your chest with arms relaxed at your sides. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Size Chest (inches) Chest (cm)
XS34 - 3686 - 91
S36 - 3891 - 97
M38 - 4097 - 102
L40 - 42102 - 107
XL42 - 44107 - 112
2XL44 - 46112 - 117
3XL46 - 48117 - 122
4XL48 - 50122 - 127
Jacket Fit Tip: Put on the heaviest base layer you'd normally wear under a jacket, then measure. Motorcycle jackets should fit snug but allow you to reach forward comfortably (simulating a riding position). If you plan to add a back protector, consider sizing up.

Measure around your dominant hand at the widest point (across the knuckles), with your fingers together and thumb out.

Size Hand Width (inches) Hand Width (cm)
S7 - 7.518 - 19
M7.5 - 819 - 20
L8 - 8.520 - 22
XL8.5 - 922 - 23
2XL9 - 9.523 - 24
3XL9.5 - 1024 - 25
Glove Fit Tip: New leather gloves will feel stiff at first and break in after a few rides. If your measurement lands right between sizes, go with the smaller size for leather and the larger size for textile gloves.

Use your standard US shoe size. If you normally wear half sizes or wide-width shoes, we recommend sizing up.

Boot Fit Tip: Try on boots wearing the same thickness of socks you'd ride in. Stand up and walk around - your heel should stay planted, not lift. If you wear orthotic insoles, bring them along when measuring.

Measure around your head about one inch above your eyebrows, across your forehead, and around the widest part at the back of your skull.

Size Circumference (in) Circumference (cm)
XS21.2 - 21.654 - 55

Helmet Fit Tip: A properly fitting helmet should feel snug all around with no pressure points. It should not rotate when you shake your head side to side. New helmets break in slightly as the liner compresses, so err on the snug side. A loose helmet will not protect you in a crash.

Measure your natural waist (where your belt sits) and your inseam (inside of the leg from crotch to ankle bone).

Size Waist (inches) Waist (cm)
2828 - 2971 - 74

4040 - 41102 - 104
4242 - 43107 - 109
Pants Fit Tip: Riding pants are designed to sit correctly when you're in a riding position, so they may feel slightly different when standing. Sit on your bike (or mimic the position on a chair) to check the fit around your knees and hips.

How to Measure

Use a flexible measuring tape

A fabric or tailor's tape works best. If you don't have one, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler.

Measure over your base layer

Wear whatever you'd normally wear under your gear. A thick hoodie under a jacket changes the fit.

Keep the tape level and snug

Don't pull it tight and don't let it droop. Two fingers should slide underneath comfortably.

Measure twice

Take two measurements and use the average. Bodies aren't perfectly symmetrical, and half an inch matters for gear fit.
